If this is your first visit please arrive at least 15-minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out our client intake form. For return visits please arrive at least 10-minutes early. In the interest of our guests if you arrive late your massage will still end at the scheduled time for the full rate applicable.
You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment. In accordance with our Cancellation Policies we now have a mandatory Credit Card number required on file to hold the booking (no AMEX) to hold all bookings. As a courtesy to our hard-working therapists and practitioners you will be charged 50% within the 24 hour period and 100% on the same day as the scheduled service.
Due to the high volume of requests for this service and the need for extra staff availability, we now have a mandatory Credit Card number required on file to hold the booking. Any cancellation within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge to the Credit Card and 100% will be charged for cancellations on the day of service.
In order to facilitate a booking of 3 or more people at the same time, extra staff are made available. We now have a mandatory Credit Card number required on file to hold the booking. You will be charged 25% if cancelled within 72 hours, 50% if cancelled within 48 hours and 100% if cancelled on the day of service.
Our appointments are set to give you a full 60, 90, 120, 150 or 180 Thai Massage experience. If you arrive late we reserve the right to curtail your appointment time in keeping with the booking in order to be fair to the next client. Please be mindful of our Arrival Policies for new and returning customers.
We are set up in the Traditional Thai style of curtained rooms in an area we refer to as the "Zen Zone". Please switch off your cellphones and be mindful of keeping conversation to the bare minimum so that others can enjoy their experience too.
